Hi, I’m Asha. I’m here to tell you that Yoga has quite literally changed my life.
I used to struggle with my weight. I didn’t like to exercise and when going to the gym, I never knew what to do. I was one of the people who wandered around on the fringe, trying random machines for about a half hour until finally I gave up for the day.
Many women — and men, too, for that matter — go through much of life without finding a type of exercise that really resonates with them. It’s a common problem, and it’s a real shame, because exercise can change your life.
About ten years ago, I was dragged to a yoga studio by a friend. I was reluctant and had always looked at yoga as this strange, foreign activity that seemed too good to be true — something in the realm of fortune-telling.
But after one session, I was totally hooked. I felt better physically, mentally, and spiritually. It was like a weight had been lifted from my soul.
I started doing yoga every other day and haven’t looked back. I’m a new woman.
I started this blog because I want to share my passion for yoga with regular people who, like me ten years, may not have found that one thing that helps make life a little bit better.
